Our goal is to eliminate stigma around mental illness, promote education on a variety of mental health issues affecting our community, highlight racial disparities and eliminate barriers to quality mental health care.

How your donation supports MHAM

  • $25: Pays for educational materials to increase awareness and reduce mental health stigma
  • $50: Pays for a free virtual mental health class to increase our outreach during the pandemic
  • $100: Pays for a free mental health class in the community delivered by a mental health professional
  • $150: Pays for Spanish translation of our understanding mental health class
  • $250: Pays for online access to our free mental health screening and referrals
