Maria Guarraci, LCSW, has officially joined the staff of Mental Health Awareness of Michiana (MHAM) as Clinical Coordinator!
This newly created role supports MHAM’s mental health workforce development initiative. Maria provides important oversight to clinical counseling services, ensuring quality care, identifying training needs, and managing a team of social work and counseling interns, and early career clinical fellows at MHAM.
“I am delighted that Maria has joined our staff. Her years of experience working in a variety of clinical settings is a great asset to all aspects of our programming,” said MHAM Executive Director, Lisa Kelly. “Maria has been a great volunteer clinician with the Pro Bono Counseling Project over the years and it is wonderful to have her transition to be a member of our team.”
Maria is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in South Bend, IN, and has been a volunteer PBCP therapist since it piloted in 2021. We’re glad to have you, Maria!
