Mental Health Awareness of Michiana (MHAM) offers several educational opportunities in the Michiana community throughout the year, and we’re pleased to announce our first class in 2025! 😊 Join us for a webinar on trauma-informed response to child/adolescent grief on Friday, January 10th from noon – 1 p.m. with speaker Lindsy Diener-Locke, LSW, program director of Ryan’s Place in Goshen.

Learning Objectives:

  • Developmental Impacts of Grief: How grief affects children at different stages.
  • Trauma-Informed Responses: The dos and don’ts when supporting grieving youth.
  • Grief-Informed Assessments: Effective ways to assess and provide support.
  • Organizational Best Practices: Key strategies for organizations aiding grieving families.
