We are offering this as a Hybrid event, though in-person attendance is encouraged.  

Speaker: Crystal Whitlow, LCSW

Description:

This 2-hour event will introduce the concepts of IFS therapy in the treatment of trauma through lectures, demonstrations, and brief group activities.

 2 CEs will be offered for Indiana-licensed professionals:

(LCSW, LSW, LMHC, PhD, LMFT, LCAC)

Learning Objectives:

1. Restate the 3 types of IFS parts that are most commonly encountered in trauma treatment

2. Describe the role of Self in IFS in trauma treatment

3. Describe/practice an IFS unblending exercise that is useful in trauma treatment

Speaker Bio: 

Crystal Whitlow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in South Bend, IN. She specializes in treating trauma and educating therapists in trauma treatment. Crystal is an EMDR Consultant and Trainer, teaching EMDR Therapy trainings throughout the Midwest. She is trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy and is also teaching IFS Informed EMDR trainings to therapists across the country.
