8:30 a.m. – Check in & Light Refreshments

9:00 a.m.  – Welcome – Jan Marable (Director of Community Outreach and Education, MHAM)

9:10-9:50 a.m. – Keynote Speaker – Jeff Shuck, introduced by Lisa Kelly (Executive Director, MHAM)

9:50-10:10 a.m. – Community Survey Results, in collaboration with Notre Dame’s Eck Institute of Global Health – Lisa Kelly (MHAM Executive Director)

10:10-11:00 a.m. – Boots on the Ground: Non profit leaders’ perspectives — moderated by Dr. Elizabeth Bennion (Chancellor’s Professor of Political Science and Director of Community Engagement, IUSB), with panelists:

  • BONITA SHROCK – Chief Clinical Officer @ Oaklawn
  • STEPHANIE MURPHY – Executive Director @ SJCPL
  • KARLA ‘KJ’ MAPES – President & CEO @ Real Services
  • JUAN CONSTANTINO – CEO @ La Casa de Amistad


11:10-11:40 a.m. – Collaboration Workshop – Anna Sawatzky (The Source)

Resource tables will be available to learn about services available to the community. 

 

About the Summit:

We live in a time of rapid change, with shifting policies and uncertain funding streams. This year’s Autumn Summit will explore the realities and challenges these shifts create for organizations serving our community—while highlighting creative strategies to ensure sustainability and collaboration.

Join local leaders, providers, and community members for an engaging morning of dialogue, shared learning, and resource connections. Local resource tables will be available as well.
