Mental Health Awareness of Michiana recibe una subvenci\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n Everwise para enriquecer su iniciativa de salud mental en el \u00e1mbito laboral.<\/span><\/h2>\n

South Bend, Indiana \u2014 <\/span>Concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la salud mental en Michiana<\/span><\/strong> (MHAM) se enorgullece en anunciar que ha recibido una subvenci\u00f3n financiera de la <\/span>Fundaci\u00f3n Everwise<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a> Para apoyar el lanzamiento de una nueva iniciativa de salud mental para la fuerza laboral que beneficia a la comunidad de Michiana. Esta nueva iniciativa se centra en abordar la creciente necesidad de apoyo a la salud mental en el \u00e1mbito profesional. Dado que los empleadores reconocen cada vez m\u00e1s la relaci\u00f3n entre el bienestar mental, la productividad y la cultura organizacional, el programa de MHAM ofrecer\u00e1 formaci\u00f3n accesible para empleados y directivos, junto con estrategias pr\u00e1cticas que promuevan entornos laborales saludables. La fase piloto incluir\u00e1 talleres personalizados, materiales educativos y acceso a recursos adaptados a las necesidades de las organizaciones participantes en toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n
