como la Concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la Salud Mental de Michiana (MHAM)<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\u00a1Voluntario del mes!\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Amanda Rhoades, voluntaria del mes de MHAM, ha colaborado como voluntaria con la Asesoramiento Gratuito<\/a> (PBCP) durante aproximadamente un a\u00f1o y ha sido una fant\u00e1stica incorporaci\u00f3n al PBCP.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cuando se le pregunt\u00f3 por qu\u00e9 colabora como voluntaria con la PBCP, respondi\u00f3: "Creo que es importante que haya acceso a la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y es una forma de ayudar a una poblaci\u00f3n desfavorecida... hacer algo que me apasiona mientras ayudo a una poblaci\u00f3n desfavorecida lo hace mucho m\u00e1s gratificante".\u201c\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

No solo realiza un trabajo incre\u00edble con la PBCP, sino que tambi\u00e9n fund\u00f3 Psyche Pointe<\/a> Con Heather Holleman, Ph.D., explic\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que \u201cPsych Pointe comenz\u00f3 en 2021 con la misi\u00f3n de brindar atenci\u00f3n integral y colaborativa, centr\u00e1ndose tambi\u00e9n en ofrecer a los nuevos profesionales cl\u00ednicos y estudiantes en pr\u00e1cticas la oportunidad de aprender y adquirir experiencia. Es importante que los terapeutas y estudiantes en pr\u00e1cticas formen parte del PBCP para participar en la comunidad y ofrecer servicios a una poblaci\u00f3n desatendida; la atenci\u00f3n de la salud mental es importante para todos\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cuando se le pregunt\u00f3 por qu\u00e9 otras personas deber\u00edan ser voluntarias en el PBCP, respondi\u00f3: \u201cConvertirse en voluntario del PBCP es una excelente manera de involucrarse m\u00e1s con la comunidad y ofrecer servicios a una poblaci\u00f3n que tal vez no tenga f\u00e1cil acceso a ellos. Es una experiencia gratificante\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n
