Mental Health Awareness of Michiana se complace en presentar este importante taller impartido por Candice R. Dickens, LCPC, LCADC.<\/p>\n

Este taller est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para analizar c\u00f3mo el trauma racial constituye una forma h\u00edbrida de trastorno de estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico debido a su naturaleza insidiosa y su sintomatolog\u00eda. Los participantes aprender\u00e1n a reconocer los s\u00edntomas del trauma racial, identificar sus desencadenantes, examinar sus diferencias con el TEPT tradicional y su conexi\u00f3n con la respuesta polivagal. Se ofrecer\u00e1n soluciones terap\u00e9uticas para ayudar a regular y aliviar los s\u00edntomas.<\/p>\n

  1. Defina el trauma racial utilizando los criterios del DSM-VI.<\/li>\n
  2. Identificar signos y s\u00edntomas de trauma racial<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Identificar los desencadenantes externos de la reca\u00edda.<\/li>\n
    2. Examinar la conexi\u00f3n entre la respuesta polivagal, la neurorrecepci\u00f3n y el trauma racial.<\/li>\n
